1. Service Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing or using the PickleLobby platform, website (www.picklelobby.app), progressive web application, or associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered organizers, club directors, and courtside players who access or interact with PickleLobby.
2. Acceptable Use, Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policies
PickleLobby exists to promote fair, transparent pickleball play. You agree that you will not:
A. Payment Fraud & Receipt Tampering
Submit altered, fabricated, reused, or fraudulent payment screenshots (including GCash, Maya, or bank receipts). PickleLobby utilizes automated cryptographic and image hashing to detect duplicate reference numbers. Fraudulent accounts will be banned immediately.
B. Rating Manipulation & Sandbagging
Submit fraudulent DUPR IDs belonging to third parties or enter deliberately falsified ratings to circumvent fair bracket seeding or mixer balance.
C. System Interference & Scraping
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, inject malicious code into, or conduct denial-of-service attacks against PickleLobby matchmaking infrastructure.
3. Subscriptions, Free Tier & Club Pro Billing
Frictionless Free Tier: PickleLobby provides a free tier supporting up to 6 courts with zero credit card required and zero per-player commissions.
Club Pro Upgrade: Organizers managing high-volume venues or requiring AI receipt OCR, custom club branding, direct DUPR API sync, and up to 64 courts may subscribe to Club Pro (₱399/month or localized regional equivalents).
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time with zero penalty. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds for partial billing cycles are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by emailing billing support.
4. Disclaimers & Physical Venue Liability
PickleLobby is strictly a software management utility for court scheduling, matchmaking, and score display. PickleLobby does not own, inspect, or manage the physical courts, nets, lighting, or surfaces where matches occur.
Venue Responsibility: Host venues, event organizers, and club directors maintain sole and exclusive legal responsibility for court safety, physical premise liability, medical emergencies, player conduct, and physical injury waivers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICKLELOBBY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING PHYSICAL INJURY, LOST EQUIPMENT, OR DISPUTES ARISING BETWEEN PLAYERS OR VENUES.
5. Intellectual Property
The PickleLobby name, logos, court layout visuals, algorithmic matchmaking engines (including the combinatorial social shuffle), and visual interface elements are the exclusive intellectual property of PickleLobby.
Organizers utilizing Club Pro custom branding retain 100% ownership of their uploaded club logos and trademark assets.
